FULL SINGLE FAMILY HOME APPRAISAL
The single family home appraisal will be completed on a GPAR (General Purpose Appraisal Report) in accordance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). This appraisal will be provided the client with a full report. The report will include interior and exterior inspection of the property. Adjusted closed, active or pending comparables properties. Market data statistics including median home value, supply and demand data, average list to sales price ratios, and days on market. The report will also include street maps, aerial maps, tax assessor information, sales contract analysis (if applicable) and old MLS listing data.
